It's a terrific method to immediately change your mood. The perfume of the oil affects your central nervous system as soon as you breathe it in, causing an emotional response.

To avoid skin sensitivity, dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil, such as coconut or jojoba oil, with few exceptions.

TEA TREE OIL:

After diluting with a carrier oil, apply the combination to the afflicted area (a base or vegetable oil like coconut or jojoba oil that helps dilute essential oils). Tea tree oil is neurotoxic, therefore don't spread it if you have small children or pets at home.
